By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, and you confirm you are 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Eltizamati, operated by ZutchDev.
What the service is
Eltizamati is a bookkeeping and reminder tool, nothing more. We are not a bank, a payment service, a holder of funds, or a financial adviser. We never collect, hold, move, guarantee, or pay out money, and we do not verify cash payments, CliQ transfers, or bank transfers made outside the app.
Your group’s responsibility
Payments happen directly between members, outside the app. Members and managers are responsible for the accuracy of what they record. We are not a party to any arrangement between members, including rotating savings circles (jam’iyya), and we are not responsible for disputes arising from them.
Your account
Each person has one account tied to their phone number. Give accurate information and keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Paid add-ons
An eltizam’s owner or a manager can buy WhatsApp or SMS message packs for that eltizam, and other paid features may be offered. Prices are those shown in the store at the time of purchase. One credit is used for each message the delivery provider accepts; credits do not expire, and they stay with the eltizam they were bought for and cannot be moved. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their policies; when a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed from the eltizam’s balance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything illegal or fraudulent, to post abusive content or harass others, or to send unwanted or excessive reminders. Do not try to access accounts or eltizams you are not authorized to use, or to disrupt the service.
Your content
Text and photos you add remain yours. You give us a limited licence to store them and show them to the eltizam’s members as needed to run the service.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for it to work reliably, but reminders can be delayed or fail, and we may change or discontinue features from time to time.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate records, reminders that did not arrive, disputes between members, or money paid or not paid outside the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes and contact
When we change these terms we update the “Last updated” date; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the changes. Contact: support@eltizamati.app.
