Who we are
Eltizamati is operated by ZutchDev (“we”, “us”). It is a tool that helps groups keep one shared record of their commitments, contributions, and spending. For privacy questions, email support@eltizamati.app.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy explains what data Eltizamati collects, why, who can see it, and how you control it.
We never handle your money
Eltizamati never receives, holds, transfers, or pays out money — not between members and not to anyone else. The amounts you see in the app are entries members type in to document payments made outside the app by cash, CliQ, or bank transfer. We never ask for your card or bank details, and any in-app purchase is processed by Google Play or the App Store.
What we collect
Your phone number (to sign you in), display name, optional profile photo, language, and time zone. The eltizams you create or join: their settings, your role, and the contributions, updates, notes, proof photos, and late-payment plans recorded in them. The device data needed for notifications: push token, installation ID, and platform, plus your notification preferences. Purchase records: the product, the transaction, and the eltizam it was bought for. And the delivery status of WhatsApp and SMS reminders. The app does not access your contacts, location, or microphone, and it contains no analytics trackers. It shows ads on the Home tab, and to do so Google’s advertising SDK reads your device’s advertising ID and IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred) plus basic device and app information such as ad interactions and diagnostics.
How we use it
We use this data to sign you in, run the shared record, show an eltizam’s information to its members, send the reminders and notifications you choose, manage purchased message credits, protect accounts from abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data, and nothing from inside your eltizams (names, amounts, notes) is shared with advertisers.
Ads
The app shows ads on the Home tab through Google AdMob. Google chooses the ads using its own data and receives no content from inside your eltizams. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent before requesting ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings, under Privacy, then Ads. How Google uses data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Who can see your data
Members of each eltizam you belong to can see your name, photo, contributions, and the updates you post there. An invite page shows only a short summary (the eltizam’s name, purpose, member count, manager’s name, and amount per member) and never reveals the record.
Service providers
We rely on providers that process data only on our behalf: Google Firebase for push notifications and private photo storage; Contiguity for sign-in codes and SMS reminders; a WhatsApp messaging service for reminders, when a manager turns them on; RevenueCat together with Google Play and the App Store for purchases; and Netlify to host this website. Some data may be processed outside Jordan by these providers.
How long we keep data
Inbox notifications are deleted after 90 days, reminder and delivery logs after 400 days, and provider diagnostics after 7 days. An eltizam’s records are kept for as long as the eltizam exists, because they are a record shared by its members.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in Settings, then Account, then Delete account, or email support@eltizamati.app. On deletion we revoke your sessions and delete your devices, notifications, phone number, and profile photo, and your name becomes “Deleted member”. Your past contributions and updates stay in the eltizam’s record without your identity, so the record stays accurate for the other members.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to its processing, by emailing support@eltizamati.app. We process data in line with Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections, photos are stored privately and shown only to the eltizam’s members, sign-in tokens are stored hashed, and phone numbers are masked in server logs.
Children
Eltizamati is meant for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the “Last updated” date above, and we tell you in the app when a change is significant.
