Steps
Open Settings, then Account, choose Delete account, and complete the confirmation in your selected language.
Delete account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, or ask us to by email.
Without the app
Email support@eltizamati.app with the phone number on your account. We will confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
If you are an owner
When your account owns an active eltizam with other members, you will select a new owner before deletion completes. A group with no other active member is closed.
What remains
Your sessions, contact data, and notifications are removed and your identity is anonymized. Historic contributions and updates remain in the group record so it stays accurate for other members.
