One record the whole group reads.
Members record that they paid, a manager confirms it, and everyone sees where the money went — for the family savings circle, the building’s water bill, or a colleague’s gift.
Eltizamati never collects, holds or moves your money. It keeps the record.

Who does what
Members claim, managers confirm, the owner sets it up.
You can own one eltizam, manage another and be a plain member of a third. Roles are set per eltizam.
Member
Find your row, then say you paid.
- I paid. Tap it with the amount and date, and attach a receipt or a transfer screenshot.
- Counts once confirmed. Your entry waits until a manager confirms it.
- A reminder before it’s due. In the app, or on WhatsApp and SMS if your manager turns them on and you choose them.
- See where it went. Every spending update a manager posts reaches you with its amount and photos.
Manager
A payment counts once you confirm it.
- Confirm or reject. Every waiting claim sits in one queue. A rejected entry stays visible, struck through with its reason.
- Record on someone’s behalf. Someone paid you in cash? Record it in their name and it counts at once, like your own payments.
- Remind who hasn’t paid. Choose who gets it: everyone, the unpaid, or those waiting for confirmation.
- Post where the money went. An update with the amount, the date and photos, for every member to read.
Owner
Set it up once, and choose who helps.
- Set it up once. A name, an emoji, a colour, an amount and a due day, then share the join link.
- Choose your managers. Make any member a manager, or take the role back, whenever the group changes.
- Hand it on. Transfer ownership to another member. Only the owner can close or transfer an eltizam.
- Close it when done. A closed eltizam stays readable for everyone, and nothing new can be added.
Each standing reads by its shape, even without colour
- Confirmed
- Waiting
- Unpaid
- Rejected

Sample data
What it can hold
Six kinds of eltizam, one shared ledger.
The kind you pick sets the defaults, such as emoji, colour, how often it repeats and when reminders go out. You can change them, though a savings circle needs a monthly schedule and a fixed amount, and Custom starts blank.
Savings circle
جمعية
A rotating savings circle: everyone pays the same amount each month, and one member receives the pot each turn.
For exampleFamily savings circle50.000 JOD each, 10 members, one turn a month
The owner orders the members by hand, the order and amount stay frozen for the cycle, and every payout is recorded as having happened outside the app.
Bills
فواتير
A bill the group splits every month, such as water, electricity or the building cleaner.
For exampleBuilding water bill7.500 JOD each, due on the 5th, month by month
A monthly share with a fixed due day. Insights show how much of this month is covered, what is outstanding and the average bill.
Trip
رحلة
A trip paid for together, from a weekend in Aqaba to a summer in Europe.
For exampleIstanbul & Cappadociaa 150.000 JOD share from each of 8 travellers, toward 1,200.000 JOD
A one-off collection with a goal. Insights show progress toward it and the estimated date it will be reached.
Birthday
عيد ميلاد
A gift the group chips in for: one colleague’s birthday, or every birthday in the office.
For exampleOffice birthdays2.000 JOD each, due on the 1st, month by month
One-off for a single gift, or monthly and ongoing. Insights show progress, the days left to a deadline you set, and how many members have contributed.
Charity
عمل خيري
Giving the group does together: a regular sponsorship or a Ramadan drive.
For exampleOrphan sponsorship10.000 JOD each, due on the 1st, month by month
Monthly or one-off. A manager posts each amount that goes to the organisation as an update. Insights show what was raised, what was spent and how many people keep giving.
Custom
مخصّص
Anything else a group pays for together: a family project, shared rent, a repair.
For exampleTeta’s roofopen amounts from 14 relatives, toward 2,400.000 JOD
You choose the purpose, and amounts can be open: everyone gives what they can, toward a goal if you set one.
A savings circle gets its own turn-by-turn screen.
Every kind runs on the same ledger. The savings circle adds the order of turns and a record of each payout.
- Ordered by the owner. Every active member is placed once, by hand, and one turn falls in each month.
- Frozen for the cycle. The order and the amount stay locked until the cycle ends; member changes apply to the next one.
- A payout rule. Record a payout only when everyone has paid, or allow a partial payout after the due date, with a written reason.
- Recorded, not transferred. A manager records each payout as having happened outside the app. It does not transfer money.
- Easy to tell apart. Home gives each eltizam its own emoji and colour, so a circle and a bill never blur.

Sample data
Before it’s due
Reminders that reach people where they are.
Each eltizam sets its own timing. Each member chooses how they’re reached, kind by kind.
- Timing per eltizam. Days before the due date, the send hour and follow-ups after it, on the eltizam’s own clock.
- A weekly summary. Switch it on and managers get one message a week, when something is outstanding: who hasn’t paid, and what is waiting for their confirmation.
- Push, WhatsApp or SMS. Choose channels for each kind of message. WhatsApp and SMS carry only reminders, confirmations and payments to review.
- Optional on both sides. A manager switches WhatsApp and SMS on for an eltizam, and each member chooses whether to get them.
- Quiet hours. Notifications wait until they end, and muting an eltizam silences it on every channel.
- Answer from the reminder. Tap “I paid” or “I will be late” on the notification, or on the reminder in your inbox.

Sample data
After it’s paid
See what was paid and where the money went.
Receipts back the payments, updates account for the spending, and a rejected payment is struck through, never erased.
- Receipts on request. An eltizam can require one receipt or transfer screenshot with every payment a member records.
- Struck, never erased. A rejected payment stays in the record, struck through with the reason the manager gave.
- Spending is posted. Managers post each expense with its amount, the date it was spent and photos.
- A message trail. A manager sees every WhatsApp and SMS that went out and whether it arrived; members see their own.
- Progress and forecasts. How much is in, the estimated date the goal will be reached, and achievements for steady contributors.
- Export to Excel. Managers can export the contributions table and each payment’s detail, for a period or the full history.

Sample data
Getting people in
Invite by code or link. The books stay private.
An eight-character code or a link opens an invitation that shows who runs the eltizam and what it asks of each member, and nothing more.
- Code or link. Share the eight-character code or the join link in your WhatsApp group.
- A preview only. The invitation shows the name, purpose, member count, manager and amount. It never shows the record.
- Close the door. A manager can switch joining off or renew the code, and the old one stops working at once.
- See who’s in. The member list shows everyone’s role, and a manager can remove someone; their payments stay in the record.
- Deleting keeps the record. Delete your account and your name is removed, while your payments stay in the group’s record.

Sample data
Arabic and English, in the same interface.
One group, two languages. Everyone sees the same rows, each in their own language.
- Full right-to-left layout
- Western digits, dinars to three decimals
- Light and dark, by system or by choice
- Switch language any time

Sample data
A record, not a wallet.
Money moves outside the app.
In cash, by CliQ or by bank transfer. Eltizamati records that it happened.
Corrections stay visible.
A rejected entry is struck, not deleted, so the record stays honest.
Invitations don’t reveal the books.
Whoever opens a join link sees only what they need to decide.
Deleting your account doesn’t break the group.
Your identity is removed and the group’s record stays accurate for everyone else.
Questions people ask
Does Eltizamati move or hold money?
No. The app never collects, holds or moves money. People pay in cash, by CliQ or by bank transfer, and the app records it.
What kinds of eltizam are there?
Six: savings circle, bills, trip, birthday, charity and custom. They share one ledger. The kind sets the defaults, and the savings circle adds the order of turns and a record of each payout.
Can I use it for rent or a shared bill?
Yes. Pick Bills for water, electricity or the building cleaner, or Custom for something like rent. Set the monthly share and the due day, and every month shows who has paid. Eltizamati records it; it never collects or pays the bill.
How do members join?
A manager shares a join link or an eight-character code. The member opens it, sees the eltizam’s name and purpose, and joins with their phone number.
What if someone says they paid but didn’t?
No contribution counts until a manager confirms it. If it’s rejected, it stays in the record, struck through with the reason.
Who sees what?
Every member of an eltizam sees the same record: who paid, what came in and where it was spent. Confirming, reminding and posting belong to managers.
How do I sign in?
With your phone number and a code we text you. Your eltizams follow your account, so you can pick them up on any Android phone.
Which phones does it run on?
Android, in Arabic and English. The iPhone version is coming soon.
Where do I get it?
On Google Play. Search for Eltizamati or use the link on this page.
